Shipping Policy
Blades & Bookmarks is proudly Australian pressed and shipped. Every design is human made, never AI, and every order is pressed, packed, and posted by hand from our home studio in Bankstown, NSW.
Free Shipping: Australian orders over $80 AUD and international orders over $100 AUD ship free, no code needed. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (production + packing). Delays may occur during peak periods or sales.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Australia Standard: 3-5 business days
- International Standard: 6-20 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delays due to customs, peak periods, or remote locations are outside our control.
Shipping Costs:
- Australia Standard: $11 AUD, or free on orders over $80 AUD
- International Standard: $24.95 AUD, or free on orders over $100 AUD
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, trackable via Australia Post or the relevant international carrier.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon arrival.
