These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blades & Bookmarks website and purchases. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. General: Blades & Bookmarks ("we", "us") provides apparel via print-on-demand. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
2. Orders and Payments: All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment must be received in full before processing. We use secure payment gateways.
3. Pricing and Availability: Prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
4. Shipping and Delivery: See our Shipping Policy for full details. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with lost or delayed shipments; however, once an order has been handed to a carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines.
5. Returns and Refunds: Governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
6. Consumer Guarantees: Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
7. Intellectual Property: All content belongs to us. You may not use it without permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the site, engage in unlawful activities, or infringe rights.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of NSW.
