These terms apply to any item sold on Blades & Bookmarks as a pre-order. Pre-order items are clearly marked as pre-orders on the product page and in your cart.

Payment

Pre-order items are paid in full at checkout. There is no deposit and no later balance to pay.

Production and shipping timeline

Pre-order items are made to order. The estimated production and shipping timeframe is shown on each product page. For the Season One Hero Jacket, jackets will be produced and shipped in early 2027. Timelines may shift due to production or shipping factors outside our control, and we'll keep you updated by email.

Orders with in-stock items

If your order includes in-stock items as well as a pre-order item, your in-stock items ship straight away and your pre-order item ships separately once it's ready, at no extra shipping cost to you.

Limited editions

Where a pre-order item is sold as a limited edition, the stated quantity is the total that will ever be made. Once it sells out, it will not be restocked or re-released.

Refunds

Pre-order payments are non-refundable, except where we are unable to fulfil your order, in which case you'll receive a full refund of the amount paid. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sizing

Please check our size chart before ordering. Because pre-order items are made to order in your size, size exchanges after production are not guaranteed.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
